6:30 WEST COAST SWING Lessons (3 levels)
7pm to 9pm Open Dancing, Practice, and Party!
$10 (take both lessons & dancing)
$5 after 7pm

*on rare occassion, only 1 or 2 lessons may be taught
or a specialty dance like Chicago Steppin', Salsa, NightClub 2 Step,
or Country Two Step may be taught in substitute for the regular
SOS line-up.
There are 3 Levels of Hustle Lessons at 6pm. Which one should you
take?
HUSTLE LEVEL 1 (Basics)
Anyone can join this group. It's always a good choice to take this level for several months before considering moving up.
HUSTLE LEVEL 2
You must have COMPLETED & MASTERED at least one regular 4-week class series (not counting SOS), as well as all the following material listed below. You should have instructor approval.

- Turning Basic
- He Goes
- She Goes
- Right Face Loop
- Throwout & Return
- Underarm Turn
Pre-Requisite TECHNIQUE:
- Rhythm
- Ball-Change
- Forward Weighted
- Posture

- No "Push Pull"
- Smooth pattern transitions
HUSTLE LEVEL 3
You must have COMPLETED & MASTERED the following material & have instructor approval.

- Cross Body Lead
- Cross Body Lead Turn
- Grapevine
- Hammerlock He Goes Exit
- Hammerlock Cuddle Exit
- New York Walk
- Open New York Walk
- Shadow Cross Body Lead Turn
- Explosion Line
- Yo Yo
- Triangle
- Barrel Roll
- Sliding Door
- Vegas
- Basic Hip Catch

- Rhythm
- Momentum control
- Weight Placement
- Proper Foot Positions
- Posture
- Frame
- Pivot Turns
- Balance
- Self-Control
- Able to do pattern without partner
- Slot & Direction control
- Good Connection
- Lead/Follow Connection
- Proper Social Dance Etiquette
Because we want what's best for each level, instructors reserve the right to redirect any student at any time from one level to another. even if the student was previously approved or experienced.

*we reserve the right to adapt plans for any specific night due
to instructor illness, emergency, or special event. There may be
