GROUP CLASS PRICING
Varies by location.  The following is for classes at the main studio:

MONTHLY PRICING:
$70 per each 4-week series

Take 3 series classes or more for and receive 20% off (Does not include Special Programs or Workshops)
(Must register for all classes at one time to receive discount. Multi-class discount is per person, per registration.  Cannot be combined with any other discount besides Early Bird Pricing)

HOW TO REGISTER _____________________________________________________________________________
Three options:

1) Call the studio at 773-635-3000 to register using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover (add 4% processing fee)
OR
Zelle payment to: NinoMIHTD@gmail.com 

2)  Mail a check, made payable to May I Have This Dance to 5941 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646.  Include a note with each student's name, phone, e-mail, address, and the titles dates and times of each class you are enrolling in.

3)  Register ONLINE:  www.MIHTD.com (small processing fee, must pay at time of registration)

4)  Register in person at studio.

GROUP CLASS CANCELLATION, REFUND, & CREDIT POLICY__________________________________________

  • Once registered, students will be charged a $20 administrative fee each time they request any changes to their registration (per change, per class).  Students will also have to pay the difference for any class they transfer or add if the new class is priced higher and/or the original classes had early-bird, volume, or other discounts applied.
  • Any cancellations, refunds, or credits will also incur a $20 administrative fee per class.  Cancellations made over 7 days prior to the class start can be refunded, less the administrative fee(s).  Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to the start of the first class will only receive a credit (less the administrative fees) to be used for a future class, no refunds. 
  • No refunds or credits within 24 hours of the class start or anytime after the class begins.
  • Certain classes and programs are no refunds or credits at any time, under any circumstances.  These are usually special programs or specific promotional deals and will be marked as such.
  • We do not allow switching after the first class. 
  • To cancel, the student should contact May I Have This Dance as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.
  • If a class is cancelled by May I Have This Dance or the instructor, the student will receive a full refund or credit for that class.
  • May I Have This Dance or the instructor may cancel a class if there are less than 10 students enrolled in that class.
  • Valid credits are always given in official writing or via e-mail, from a May I Have This Dance management staff.  Verbal credits are never given, therefore will not be accepted.  To redeem a credit you must provide the credit in writing at the time of your registration.
  • By completing a registration you are confirming your agreement with our policies.  Any chargebacks, cancelled payments, returned NSF checks will be charged an additional $50 per occurrence in addition to the original amount and any merchant service and processing fees.

MAKE-UP POLICY________________________________________________________________________
May I Have This Dance typically runs a particular class only once during the month or semester.  Class Series are progressive in nature, so you and your classmates benefit from attending each class.  If you miss a class, you may be behind for the next class, which will affect the other students.  Therefore we really encourage each student to make every session in a series if possible.  If you must miss a class, taking a private lesson (at an additional cost) to catch up is always a good idea, and in some instances may be required.  Students who cannot commit to a multi-week series, should consider workshops, private lessons, and the lessons that are part of the dance practices.

Our group lesson Series & Workshops are a tremendous value.  Our curriculum and instructors are the best in the area, yet we are able to maintain much lower rates than other studios and dance instructors.  Please help us keep our low rates by observing our policies.  If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please contact us!  Events and lessons co-hosted or wholly hosted by a non-May I Have This Dance party may have separate and different cancellation and refund policies.
