Studio Rental & Practice Time
Studio Rental for Events
Our new state-of-the art main studio, (5941 N Milwaukee, Chicago, IL 60646) is available for rent for events such as birthdays, corporate events, weddings, rehearsals, religious ceremonies, workshops and lessons. This space can hold up to 100 for dancing or theatre-style seating. It has a huge sprung & floating maple hardwood dance floor, two multi-stall bathrooms, powerful built-in sound system, café tables and seating, dramatic and flexible lighting, and powerful ventilation heating and cooling. We have a small kitchen with sink, fridge, and microwave. Partition the room in several arrangements with our thick theatre drapes. Street parking is free and plentiful. We are easy to get to using Metra, CTA/Pace, or the Edens or Kennedy Expressway. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Studio Rental for Private Lessons
Independent Instructors may be able to use our studio to teach private lessons and group lessons based on availability and approval from MayIHaveThisDance management. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Practice Time
Students may use the studio to practice with advanced approval and scheduling through May I Have This Dance management. The cost is: $12 per person, per hour. (rounded up to the hour, no partial hours). Or $60 per month. Student Practice must not interfere with Private Lessons and other MayI functions. Any Private Lessons and other MayI functions that are simultaneous to student practice will get priority for floor space and music. MayI management and instructors also reserve the right to stop any student practices if they are disruptive to private lessons or other MayI functions. Contact us for available times and approval.

Nino's educational degrees and professional experience in psychology, instructional design, and education are the perfect compliment to his professional dance experience. With Nino's leadership, MayI has produced many of the best social dance instructors teaching today!
Become certified in the May I Have This Dance curriculum as well as the art & science of teaching. We can also help studio owners, managers, and dance business professionals structure, grow, and improve their business. In addition to our local programs, we travel all over the world to provide on-site training programs, one-on-one training, evaluation, and certification. For those on a very tight budget or just wanting some quick coaching and tips we provide virtual training and coaching programs, including video submission and review.
